Properties: Incoloy 825 is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy that also contains elements such as molybdenum and copper. The synergistic effect of these elements gives it excellent corrosion resistance. It has good resistance to various acids such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, as well as some oxidizing and reducing media. Even under conditions of large changes in concentration and temperature, it can maintain stable corrosion resistance. At the same time, it has good resistance to stress corrosion cracking and pitting corrosion, which can effectively avoid corrosion damage caused by stress concentration in harsh environments. It has good hot working and cold working performance, can be formed and processed through conventional processing techniques, and has excellent welding performance. The performance of the welded joint is similar to that of the base metal.
