Nickel Alloy & Special Alloy Production Process
Our advanced manufacturing facility employs a comprehensive technological process to produce high-quality nickel alloys and special alloys. The production begins with vacuum induction melting in a 1200KG vacuum furnace, where raw materials are melted under controlled vacuum conditions to ensure purity and consistency. The molten metal then undergoes electroslag remelting in a protecting atmosphere electric slag furnace, further refining the alloy by removing impurities and improving its microstructure.
For premium-grade applications, the material proceeds to vacuum consumable remelting in a vacuum consumable heavy furnace, achieving exceptional cleanliness and uniformity. The refined ingots are then processed through forging operations to enhance mechanical properties and grain structure.
