Resists both oxidizing and reducing acid corrosion; corrosion rate < 0.1mm/a in 50% sulfuric acid, 85% phosphoric acid, and 10% hydrochloric acid.
Pitting and crevice corrosion resistance is better than G-30, 625 alloys and 254SMO, close to that of Hastelloy C276.
Resists chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking, suitable for strong oxidizing media containing F⁻ and Cl⁻.
Excellent ductility, supporting cold forming and hot working (process similar to 625 alloy).
Outstanding weldability; G35 welding wire is recommended for GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding)/GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding), no complex post-weld heat treatment required.
Operating temperature ranges from low to medium-high (melting point: 1332-1400℃), maintaining stable mechanical properties at high temperatures.
Non-magnetic, suitable for magnetically sensitive precision equipment.
